The following forms must be completed and submitted to the Management Office for approval at least 24 hours prior to any move / deliveries:
- Delivery / Moving / Loading Dock request form – This form must be fully completed and returned to the Management Office for approval.
- Moving / Delivery Rules and Regulations for the building – This form must be signed and returned to Management Office for our records.
- Kearny Real Estate Company Vendor Insurance Requirements - All Vendors performing the move / delivery must provide a current COI for approval per all KR requirements prior to the move / delivery.
Please note: ALL deliveries must be conducted before 8:00 a.m. or after 3:00 p.m. during business hours Monday – Friday, unless when an exception is granted from Building Management. The Loading Dock is located on State Street in between Broadway and C Street on the East side of the building. The dock is on a first come first serve basis and is meant for immediate unloading / loading purposes ONLY. When delivering throughout the Office Tower you must use the Freight elevator in the lobby located on the East side of the building (elevator cab #5) at ALL times (no exceptions).
